Parking fee: On site, secured at $10.00 per day. We have over 500 open air parking spaces.
Guarantee Policy: Credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation for no charge until 4:00 p.m. hotel time, the day of arrival, to avoid a charge equal to one night's room and tax.
Pet Policy: Domestic pets, limit two per room. $75 non-refundable sanitation fee.
Smoking:Smoking in rooms or balconies is not permitted and will result in a $250 fee.
