TIE DOWN & GATE ACCESS TO
AIRTEL PLAZA HOTEL

Arrive in style at Airtel’s private jet ramp. Located at the nearby Van Nuys Airport, our runway can hold up to 20 Cessna’s at one time. Fly in, lay your head to rest or stay for the evening. Join us for dinner and drinks while you refuel. Layovers never looked so good!

WHEN ACCESSING THE AIRTEL GATE, PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING:

Arrivals

  • Parking: Maintain a 6-foot wingtip-to-wingtip maximum as a courtesy to arriving aircraft.
  • Gate Courtesy Phone: Pick up the Courtesy Phone at the gate, advise the operator of:

    1) Your Name
    2) Tail Number
    3) Purpose of Visit (Overnight Guest, Lunch, Meeting, etc)

  • Registration: Stop by the Front Desk and sign the Registration Form, show ID and provide cell number

  • Front Desk: Advise front desk of your departure.
  • Gate Courtesy Phone: Pick up the Courtesy Phone at the gate, advise the operator of:

    1) Your Name
    2) Tail Number
